Work To Do

I have work to do even though at the moment I am physically handicapped, and I need help. First, of course, are the Two Centers. I may get a photo and a little honest info from a person sitting in the Stage section at a Palladium function. Their report will be markedly different from a person sitting in the Ewa section at the same function. And that is the beauty of Social Media and available to anyone that wishes to tune in. Cloning we don't need.

Apart from responding to feedback, social media simply gives me an awareness of the public perceptions about our dance scene. I may track “club mentions” and read conversations about your club before and after sharing the information with the reader/dancers.

Through our kind of social media, I can also log suggestions and complaints. Suggestions may be used in generating ideas to improve our dance environment. We fully understand that those that already have a perfect set up will not be interested. On the other hand, complaints must be prioritized and handled correctly by setting up a policy that deals with them in an efficient and kindly manner.

My blogosphere can mention my "competition" without being blatant about it. In our blogging we consider ourselves "an addition to" not "an instead of." You can read our reader/dancer reviews online where they will share their experiences with other dance clubs.

Based on the feedback, I can tailor my offers to the needs of the dancers. Also, if the same queries come up, I may simply add a new question for everyone to ponder. Evidently, internal processes are changed all around for the benefit of the new reader/dancers. We can look forward to the Two Centers and their phasing over into Guest Authors when and if they are ready.
