Still Here

It is really amazing that this blog has as many average hits per day as many dance Web Sites. Of course, that is the reason many don't carry a public counter. And one cannot blame them.

"There's a story behind every person. There's a reason why they're the way
they are. Happiness and Pain alters everyone's personality."

While I’d argue that investing time and resources into a social media strategy in our dance community is most definitely a necessity in 2014, I believe the tipping point in the dance public sentiment from "should have" to "must have" will occur in 2015. The Top Echelons will realize the effectiveness of good blogging and promote what the reader/dancers want.

And the starting point could be a photo of any dance gang, with the location, occasion and first names. It could progress to more than that with time. A few words would help and the frequency could increase. From there, any time they wish they could get Guest Author, and they would have their own blog within the blog.

They could open. write whatever, post photos, publish, close and get out without saying "boo" to anyone. And it would go automatically under their name. So that all bloggers would be responsible for their own words. And they would be on their way to glory.
