Moanalua Corridor

This sector is still in flux. Many have plans for their own small kuleanas and they do not worry much about the entire sector and the devastation coming from the Rail Disaster. Many do not have a clue of the Billions of dollars in profits that are being made daily on their backs.

Who was that guy in Aiea who said: "People that think they
know everything are very annoying to those of us who do."

Some people are more talented than others. Some are more educationally privileged than others. But we all have the capacity to be great. Greatness comes with recognizing that your potential is limited and it is only, how you choose, how you use your freedom, how resolute you are — in short, by your attitude. And we are all free to choose our attitude. Some will be willing to share with their fellow dancers and the dancers in this sector, Pearl City to Salt Lake are pretty akamai.

Dance on the entire island today is clearly in a settling down state. Old forms and traditions are being given up. New ones are arising to take their place and we need a place to dance in the west. A time of change presents a confused picture. That there is change is proof that dance is organically vital—and much more so than it has ever before been on this Island. There is going to be a lot more of it in the neighbor islands.
