Around Town

The upward surge in hits has slowed to a crawl, but that is to be expected in a blog with SOS, (same old shit.) We need new blood, Two Centers, willing to share their pearls of dance items with our fellow dancers. Then the possibilities will become more apparent and we will find communication with the reader/dancers very gratifying. The benefits are for everyone, the different dance groups and people, the reader/dancers of the blogs, the blog Guest Bloggers. And we are not clones, the differences in opinions will be appreciated. A win-win situation.

"Social dancers believe that if they try to make today, unlike yesterday
then perhaps tomorrow will be different forever."

The cost besides your time, is zero, zip, nada in money. If it is still too hard for you to see, relax, skip it and put it on your agenda first thing next year and keep dancing. Apparently there is more dance action around town right about now. Why, puzzles me at the moment. Perhaps the new year is setting in and people are working into regular schedules. Live, work and play in their own kuleanas and back to try to enjoy life. And we are missing the dancers on the Windward side.

FAST (Flexible Affordable, Smart Transportation) seems like a long time ago when Cayetano got gunned down by the big money liars to get the Rail Disaster in. Cayetano had the best new transportation plan ever devised on the island of Oahu. Takes into consideration "comfortable," other plans have many other criteria (like big profits.) "Comfortable" is not a known factor by the transportation experts. Getting the people off of their cars and onto public transportation should be the primary motivating factor throughout the world. We got too many cars. In Honolulu they have it backwards, the "proof is in the pudding."

"Just when I was getting used to yesterday, along came today."
