Feedback

I have been looking over the terrain on Oahu to get Two Centers (Information and Photo Contributors) and possible converts to Guest Bloggers. But it is pretty rough. None wish to make that "commitment," which of course is not that big a commitment. No annual meetings or dues, no monthly meetings or dues, and they blog whenever they damn well please. Perhaps I am being a little too hard somewhere. No anonymous but you can use a pen name. But I do know that there are some groups that do not have a Web site to handle their Public Relations on the Internet. Twitter and Facebook along with other micros are terrific if you want to go International.

"Social dancers find that dance made them more focused and brought
better discipline and positive energy. And they can cherish every
moment of their lives because of dance.”

Our blogs are not likely to be read in Norway or Nigeria. 99% of the readers are from Oahu. And even then, at the moment we have maybe 30, 40% search engines and scam spam robot hits. This is a dance blog but we can include other aspects of the dance scene, Eating and Drinking. I do not remember seeing a Juice Bar in any night club on Oahu. There is a perfect set up if you want to join into a blog. Of course, a prime requisite is that you must read a dance blog first otherwise you do not have the foggiest idea of the possibilities. You will have to find the time to read whatever looks interesting and then share that vision with our fellow readers on the blog.

The term ‘feedback’ is used to describe the helpful information or criticism about prior information on the blog to all the readers. These who can use that information may adjust and improve current and future actions and behaviors. Process is in the effect or output of the action  'returned' (fed-back) to modify the next action. As a two-way flow, feedback will be inherent in our blogs in all interactions, reader to readers. In an organizational context, feedback is the information sent to an entity (individual or a group) about its prior behavior so that the entity may adjust its current and future behavior to achieve the desired result.

it is about being there when it is not."
