Moving Very Nicely

This amazing blog, has only one Guest Author and a couple of Two Centers. Yet all stat indicators on my spreadsheet point to it becoming number one, here in the middle of March on Oahu. Just needs that one more Guest Author or a couple more Two Centers. Of course, just about any blog could do it with one more Guest Author.

Unfortunately Dance Web fans think in terms of the old fashion, "instead of" where as Dance Blog fans think in terms of current fashion, "in addition to." The more publicity the club gets the better, especially if it's free. Of course you can always use club newsletters, radio, and TV advertising, newspaper and magazine advertising. The choice should always be yours.

My Blogger counters are still my best bet, or I  may be just beating my gums. Just don't get into "Store Bought Hits." They will not really count. And I have a friend who had a nice tennis blog and then he put a counter. He had thought he had hundreds of readers. Found out he was on averaging 8 hits per day. Deleted his blog the same day.

And as our readership grows, the hits are an important faction and more reader/dancers will become aware of the differences. The blogs will not increase in number in my blogosphere. And with counters we will all know which way is the flow. For those that can't cut it, it will be obvious that they are doing no one a favor.
