Dance Studio Night Club Rerun #58

Yes, I know there is no such thing in Hawaii and not very many have heard about it either. It is a new concept that started in Florida is now creeping up the Atlantic Coast on the Mainland.

Studio Inc. a NightClub in Tampa, Florida Is a 12,000+ sq. ft. Dance Club with 3 rooms 4 full Bars. Ladies 18 & up, Guys 21 & up. Open 4 Days a week Thursday(reggaeton), Friday(hip-hop), Saturday(latin), Sunday(tropical), The entire affair is mostly for the under 30, nice young people.

Apparently the action is mostly on weekends. At some places on the Atlantic coast, the night clubs are only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the week is Dance Studio action. Some have even introduced Juice Bars. God forbid! That's blasphemy!

If it happens in Hawaii, and some of our studios are phasing in that direction, it will be somewhere on the Leeward Coast. And my own personal guess is that it will be somewhere between Kalealoa Harbor and Kalealoa Airport. That area is perking up very nicely. And odd that the population is over 50% haole.

Just think of all the lucky people that could live, work and play in their own kuleana. Paradise could be very near. Honolulu, we could visit every couple years, why not? Meanwhile we are going to have a ball where we live. Kapolei will be for sure Second City. Third City is still up for grabs, Waianae or the North Shore.
