Wot is a Blog?

A blog is an online journal or informational website displaying information in the reverse chronological order, with latest posts appearing first. It is a platform where a blogger or a group of bloggers share their views on an individual subject such as social dancing. First and most importantly is that anyone can visit online with a URL and it allows anyone to view the content. Blogs were created to be current, make regular posts and make it easy for anyone to get into and view anything that is current in there.

"Social dancers find it is easy to pick up and learn - it’s an amazing cardio -
And a few find that they gain a new profession."

Blogs are a type of website. The only real difference between a blog and regular websites is that blogs are regularly updated with new content, which is displayed in reverse chronological order (newer posts first). Typical websites are static in nature where content is beautifully organized in pages, and they are not updated frequently. Whereas a blog is dynamic, you can forget about marking your calendars for next years beautiful event.

Social dancing also improves spatial awareness, as well as raising the heart rate and causing a release of feel-good endorphins into the bloodstream. One more benefit is that it helps reduce levels of cortisol – a stress hormone. ... Social dancing makes you feel good because it makes you feel so alive just enjoying the music and moving the body to it. You can dance the same simple basic moves to your favorite music forever.

"Social dancers know that there are no real rules to this thing called life. We can make the best or the worst of it. We can just hope you make the best of it."
