Dancing in the Dark

Dancing on Oahu is looking bettah all the time. Most dance organizations are setting themselves up very nicely. There is dance news flying all over the island but not much for our readers. The Two Centers are needed badly so that we can spread the good news, They may get something going out there soon. Not much comes to me, because I live in Nanakuli and many think it is not in my kuleana. There is so much on the Agenda.

Town Dancer, Blogging Hawaii and Platinum Horseshoe are still leading all the other blogs and seem to be the top three. The others are just getting into the 20s in average hits per day. It will be a while before we know if one of them will make it the "Top Four." The Two Centers and/or the Guest Authors will, of course, make that decision and whatever blog is chosen, it will be it.

The top three blogs will evolve into the most effective means of finding what the reader/dancers want and give it them. It may help that we no longer include room for Comments in every blog. Most of us already are aware that we cannot have a one man blog for it to be social media either.  It is too much pressure for one person, so we must have more Guest Authors too.

So the issue is still in doubt and I cannot stop. When the top blog emerges they will be ready for independence and could evolve into the best. By the same token, there will be blogs that will be deleted. I must have a little patience and get some regular Information Contributors. These blogs remain wide open to be used as social media by whomever.

Pub's Side Note: There have been two groups in town that have consistently produced the best International Style dancers on this island. By the same token there have been two groups that have consistently produce the worst International Style dancers on this Island. Who? Ha Ha! We are talking competition here are we not? That is the name of your game.
