My health is deteriorating slowly but surely. But then I am 92 years old. So nobody is picking on me, and I just may be due soon. I can go to the dance functions and I have fumbleitis so I take my camera and pass it around. Whatever good pictures are taken I can make a collages of six photos each. I also take pen and pencil hoping a few dancers can share a thought or two. Finally I usually make a write up of my version and make a blog out of it.

I will only go where I am invited. I do not want to interfere unnecessarily. And of course, at the moment our blogs must compete with Facebook videos and people are having a ball taking them. They have the perfect right to enjoy themselves. I can usually get to wherever I need to go and back home by Handi Van. These people are very nice.

Most places are doing just fine with Web sites, advertising, newspapers, magazines, radio and TV. Many do not see Blogs as that much use. There are dance blogs in the mainland that get 1000 average hits per day. That is 30,000 hits per month. I don't know of any dance web or blog with even a tenth of that. I have counters on all my blogs. I want to know and I drop them if I am just beating my gums.
