The coming year is looking good for all the dancers in Hawaii. For the students of Sociology among the reader/dancers of this blog we will continue with an occasional pitch. While the Creative Researchers And Producers were a clique of the definite middle class in disorder in town, there has been another rival clique developing too, Da Rootzi Tootzis. And money wise, with a little more clout. Now that the Creative Researchers And Producers are losing much of their clout due to the blogs, we have to start working on the Rootzi Tootzis specially since they have their eyes on the West too.

We have so many good people in social dancing and I can see the hits when I include the collages of the dance functions. Definitely up. Since I am limited in picture taking. we have been fortunate to have a few dancers willing to take three or four photos to share with our fellow dancers. Recommended, two people in the photo are better than one. Three are better that two and you can all see the difference in the amount of photos we post. But 19 is not better than 18 and the ultimate decision will be made by the photographer.

Fortunately I can still get around by Handi Van and there are many very good people that I wish to see. Living in Mililani I can get to the North Shore easily. And to Waipahu and Kapolei fairly easy. I will try to avoid commitments in the Rail Tragedy areas. Down Town can do but it is a long ride. If I am invited I will try anywhere. Otherwise I do not wish to interfere. And everyone is welcome to email something of interest to our fellow dancers including photos. The dancing scene belongs to the dancers.
