Halloween Social in Wahiawa

I did what I could do for my part in the fabulous affair in Wahiawa on Saturday the 27th. And every one there was doing their best too and enjoying it. People were there with only a partial costume for the occasion. But everyone understands, it is not the expensive costume but the spirit of the occasion that does it for us. And they do give prizes for those that were more into the costumes - and no hu hu. They deserved it. And we understand that we socialize very nicely with our friends and neighbors on Oahu when we dance.

"Wahiawa is a wonderful ballroom dance club filled
with love and the joy of dance." ~ Pauline

"Our first time to attend Wahiawa Ballroom Dance Club, so enjoyable and friendly
people. We love all of them and we got to meet the President. Thank u all."
~ Vicky Visoria.

When I was not getting enough photos, I changed from nine picture collages to six picture collages. It would make the members look better. However now that I am getting enough photos, I can go back and get 8 or 9 picture collages and we can have more dancers to showcase. And two people in a photo are better than one. Social?

"So much fun with ballroom dance friends. We enjoy ourselves every time."
~ Paulette

"Trick or Treat: I know someone who has the witch stick - be safe."
~Jess and Georgie

The evening was fabulous from beginning to end. Everyone loved the gorgeous venue, the dancing, the camaraderie and the food. We had it all. The officers were the consummate teachers & hosts in the perfect setting. Every one of the attendees felt the same way and are all still talking about it! Our dance backgrounds are what you’d expect: we have all found a passion for dance, But that’s nothing special. Why aren’t we out saving the world? We are real people who just so happen to like social dancing.

"We are having a wonderful time at WBDC Halloween dance.
Lots of good food, dancing and great music by Leland."
~ Stephanie, for Aiea Ballroom Dance Association

“Some people see some things and say, 'Why?' But some of us can
dream of things that never were and we may say 'Why not?”
