Karen currently serves as our efficient Secretary. I shared with her how helpful and kind you were to go out of your way to help, encourage, and offer Pearlridge with publicity on a “blog” . She graciously consented to be Pearlridge’s reporter for the Oahu West blog. Henceforth, Karen will be communicating directly with you.
I will introduce you to her at our end of the quarter appreciation potluck social Tuesday, Sept. 10 at Waimalu Elementary. We will be expecting about 70 people, including a few friends from other dance organizations. It promises to be a very nice gathering, with a program to include some fine entertainment, in addition to social and line dancing.
Fortunately, Karen has been a very nice passing acquaintance for several years and I am sure she will do good not only for Pearlridge Chapter, HBDA but for all the reader/dancers in our Blogosphere.
Then got an early notice on the first Christmas Party of the year from Aunty Maile: I cannot complain that I got this one too late. I will have to post another in the Ewa Bus Stop blog next month.
