Maili, with the most beautiful Beach Park on the Western Shores of Oahu has approximately 7000 people living there. Just looking at that Beach Park and you know you are living as close to Paradise as anyone can. The racial makeup is about 24% Pacific Islanders, 23% Asians, 38% from two or more races, 12% Hispanic or Latino, 1% Black and the rest is the others. The average household size was about 4 people. Just about as nice as you can get.

The population was spread out with 35.0% under the age of 18, 40%, 18 to 45,  and the rest over 45 years of age. The median income for a household was about $45,000 and Males had a median income of $33,000 versus $21,000 for females.

They are ready for that combination Shopping Center and Business Park right across the Beach Park. Must be at least two stories and plenty of parking. Times Supermarket would be a natural for anchor and you would naturally have have some burger and/or a chicken fast food place. A Gas station would be perfect and everything else that is needed could fit in.

Hundreds of the residents could be working there. Hundreds of cars missing from the streets and freeways to Honolulu. You could avoid the Rail Disaster - And an old Waianae Quote: "I coulda been home in 20 minutes." I live in Nanaikeola Senior Apartments and a group came by with a Thanksgiving Plate Lunch. I don't know who they were but I want to thank them publicly.
