Looks like a nice Holiday Season but very locally Hawaii. It did not have such a wide world viewpoint, The Oahu traffic in 2020 is going to be horrible, of course, specially in downtown Honolulu. Third City could be in the Waianae Coast or the North Shore. We coulda had Second City in Kapolei but The Rail Party needed the Big Bucks and sure goofed that up. And no one has ever found out what happened to the first Billion Dollars. Yes, we are talking a Billion.
A real second city will have to be in the Waianae Coast or the North Shore and that is looking good. Kapolei coulda been a contendah.
