They don't know it yet but it will also have to be paid by the citizens of the neighbor islands.

Right today, you can make it from Makaha to town on #94 express in an hour and a half. The rail ain't nevah gonna beat that in a million years. It's gonna take an hour and a half just to get to the station, with the increase in traffic coming up. But somebody got suckered into it.
