Dear readers,
I am officially stepping aside from this blog. For the last three years, on and off, it has been a great outlet for my writing and dancing. However, things have changed, priorities have shifted, and I no longer have room in my life to be an active participant in the blogosphere.
I will continue to dance and write, and perhaps some day I will blog again, but it lifts a weight off my shoulder to be able to say that "A Time to Dance" is officially inactive. I will leave the old posts up, but I will not post new ones, and I will not respond to comments.
Thanks to all those who have read and commented on my posts over the years. I appreciate all the opportunities I have had to learn and see things, and to meet people I would not have met without taking this project on.
Best wishes,
Maria

Effortless Dancing is an oxymoron. Without effort you do
not dance, and if you dance, it is never without effort.

These things are happening all the time. For me, I am pretty close to the last drastic reorganization of our blogosphere. Now that I have enough information to make the better decisions. I had spread myself too thin and I do not have enough time left to adequately take care of more.
Most of the blogs were not doing too well because I diluted the readership, but over all they are holding up pretty good and things should be running smoothly by the end of the month. I need to communicate more person to person and get more opinions on these blogs. I will no longer do so much for Town Dancer. It has arrived at its point of diminishing returns.
So for now it will be Oahu West, Ewa Bus Stop and Blogging Hawaii coming up solid. However the crucial point is the Guest Author and his/hers honest and unique opinion. They may define the blog and differentiate the blog they pick from all the others.
The entire enchilada will remain a work in progress. Is there a textbook somewhere? "How to make a good dance blog." They will be able to take care of themselves quite nicely and I look forward to all of us learning.
