Good news that the Kapolei neighborhood board realizes that the Rail Fiasco is not good for the anyone in the West. And now they know that it is the big buck$ that are to be made in the next ten years. Millions and Millions of dollars and no benefit to the users of public transportation, whatsoever. We just have to spread the word for everyone's benefit. Some are seriously thinking about a small industrial park in the area. The proof would be in the pudding, no need Rail Mess.
