"There is the urgency of doing - knowing is not enough; we must apply. Being willing is not enough; we must do."
Throughout the civilized world there are efforts being made to get people off their cars and onto Public Transportation but not by forcing them, like the Present Rail Party plans to do to these low class people. The number #94 bus as an Articulated bus would guarantee "sitting" comfortable to and from Honolulu. It might be worth it to leave the car at home and take the bus. That is an option, not forcing the low class citizen.
And if you get enough people, just a few Bi-Articulated buses would be the perfect solution and fifty times cheaper than a Rail Disaster. And there would be 100 cars missing from right in front of each bus. Where are the drivers? "Sitting" comfortably in the bus. But it cannot be done by forcing everyone to take a crowded #40 bus to a station somewhere and be cattle rushed to Honolulu with several stops on the way there.
The Rail Mess will take perhaps three hours Makaha to Downtown Honolulu. That's after spending Ten Billion on the Rail Disaster. Yes, it's the dollars, Scholars, not for the users of public transportation. The residents of this island don't count. It's the money, Sonny.
For now, just fifty more of these carefully placed and the users
of public transportation would increase because it would be
more comfortable. And I could get the bus right around the
corner where I always got it.
"Let us begin by committing ourselves to the truth-
to see it like it is, and tell it like it is- to find the truth,
to speak the truth, and to live the truth."
Bicycles sales are going up. The self driving car is in the works, More private vans to carry passengers that must work in Honolulu. And even small boats, Barber's Point to Honolulu in 30 minutes, no freeway traffic. But anything is better than taking the Rail Catastrophe, and the freeways would become slow moving parking lots. Just to make millions and millions of dollars in profits, easy money.
