Kauai seems to be doing just fine in the social dance department. They have social dance clubs and plenty of places to go Night Clubbing. Because of the Rail Disaster many people are moving to Maui, but what about Kauai? I think they could look into that. They seem to be developing a good group of citizens.

You’ll find live music venues throughout Kauai in marketplaces, restaurants, lounges, the beaches and in the island’s fine hotels and resorts. Even some of the social dance clubs have live music. I found the photo on the right and apparently not copyrighted. From traditional and contemporary Hawaiian music to jazz, Kauai’s live music will make the perfect soundtrack for your stay.

Duke’s Canoe Club at the Marriott Kauai's Beach Club near Lihue fronts beautiful Kalapaki Beach and features contemporary and traditional Hawaiian music. Depending on the night, you'll hear everything from Hawaiian to rock at the Point in the Sheraton Kauai. For an off-the-beaten-path venue, visit the Hanalei Family Community Center in Hanalei Town, home to regular slack key guitar and ukulele events. And most Kauai luaus feature live Hawaiian music to get you in the mood during your stay in paradise.

You do not even have to believe in yourself or your dance. You just have
to keep yourself open and aware to the urges that motivate you.
