Plateau

All the blogs are at a definite plateau and it has never been this long. The readers seem to be adjusting either way. This is mostly myself only so I know I am getting close to the point of diminishing returns. I have redesigned the information in Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Pinterest and Google+. and I know I don't need that much.

"Life is the dancer, you are the dance."

So far it looks like Google+ and MySpace will be on the way out. Just too many options and they are thrown in your face daily. I cannot even get my simple stuff in there. One regular Two Center and/or an Invited Writer and Google+ and MySpace will be the first to go. I work too hard and have to start scaling back.

Resources, inspiration, and education for those interested in learning about blogging, just for the sport, will be all around us. Perhaps it will become a supportive community that promotes the free sharing of information, advice, and encouragement based on honest dancer/citizen opinions and grow throughout all the islands on its own.

Just make the effort to make sure your content is written for reader/dancers. However you can write whatever and whenever you please. It will be your blog, within a blog and your name will be attached to it. It can make for very diversified dance information for all of Hawaii dancers.

Our bloggers do not have to be affiliated officially with any social club or dance studio. There’s no specific word count for posts, but somewhere between 500 and 1000 is easily accepted by our reader/dancers.

Photo posting can be learned and I can coach from afar. Each blog will develop their own gimmicks, slide shows, videos, Teacher of the Month, Dancer of the Month etc. The members of the blogs will make the decisions.

So Rome was not built in a day.
