First contact since we lost Kokua Mau. This new group Zion Ipuka comes every Tuesday evening from Makaha and offers free food to the needy from 5 to 6 PM. They have no advertising and word of mouth does not work the way it use to many years ago.

"If ever there was a time to follow your passion and do something
that matters, now is the time to do it."

This group seems to be much smaller than a few weeks ago and it is understandable. More people must know and perhaps help in some way. I took a nice photo of the last group. Let us see what progresses.

Next time I will get the names. I always move slowly, because I am not sure of much. The rest of Waianae seems to be waking up pretty nicely. Waianae Mall is developing a nice Facebook account and it is doing well. I have offered to help, but no contact. They figure, "What fo?" I am willing to help but there is no helping for those that do not need help. I keeping going and I must be on my way.

Our dancing on the Waianae Coast has been natural from the very beginning mostly local Hawaiian and Pacific Islander dancing. Line dancing and Zumba is gradually getting in here. Some people have been very good in moving to the music and have exhibited their style for their fellow dancers. The competitions have arrived full force, they have there own thing and many people get distracted by these. Competition dancing is not social dancing.

This is still happening all over this island and in all types of dancing but I am looking in the Internet and trying to get whatever information I can get for the social dancers. It will slowly come together with a little help from the reader/dancers in this territory. With the Rail Humiliation so arrogant in the West, things are looking brighter for the thinking people.
