Slowing down

Everything is slowing down around me and I am too. I am not blogging as much as before and the hits are at a plateau. The very good news of course, is the advance of Kapolei Social Dance blog with the help of the best Two Centers in the business, the Kapolei Chapter HBDA. The news is created for the readers and their members and potential members have benefited greatly.

"Simplicity is not an end in art, but we usually arrive at simplicity
as we approach the true sense of things."

The Micros are not doing as well as I thought they would, perhaps it just takes more time. Twitter can get quite complicated and I am going to try to keep my followers and following at about 100 each. And I am reducing all to the US only. After that I may reduce it just to the Hawaiian Islands.

"Crazy" by Melveen Leed

In Hawaii, the neighbor islands rely on newsletters and web sites. The only one that seem to be moving into blogosphere is Maui and they are doing just great. Makes them definitely the next island after Oahu. With the Rail Mess on Oahu, many are moving to Maui. That should make it my definition of Social Media.

I am slowing down on my dance party attendance and  I know it will be worse when the Rail Disaster sets in. Everything will take twice as long plus hassles galore according to the new definition of Rapid Transit by the Present Rail Party. Just took the #93 bus home yesterday, from Alapai Transit Center to Nanakuli. In an hour I got off the bus within a block from home. With the new "Rail Rapid Center" I will be lucky to make home in two hours plus hassles, missed connections and wait time. How you like them potatoes? Talk about a con job. But it's the dough, Moe!

"Few people learn from success, but there is
much to learn from failure."

But I am getting people interested and others may be taking over these blogs. Fine with me. I am getting old enough to recede into the background very nicely.
