People chose to either produce media rich content with full posts and unrestricted word counts such as our blogs, or quick messages that captured an idea succinctly such as Twitter.
"To those who retain their zest, old age has much to offer.
From them the world has much to gain."
Full text blogging had grown from a very small number of people who started out publishing different kinds of Web Logs that resembled descriptive journals of their daily activities. The Web Logs, or “Blogs”, were typically written in basic html and produced on stand alone pages. As general information many were usually updated quarterly or semi annually which is the way it is done by Web sites in present day Oahu.

Thankfully, programmers and developers have now built us content management systems that all but automate the publishing process, making blogging accessible to the general public. Since then, the market for all blogging platforms has become pretty crowded, muddying the distinction between full text blogs and micro blogs.

The rise of micro blogs at the end of the last century came about as influential personalities began publishing their musings online, generating thousands of followers who themselves became content contributors. In our blogs, we don't have "influential personalities" that great. But with a few regular Information Contributors our blogs generate synergism and create more hits than the contributors by themselves.
This blog remains on top simply because it is not tied down with SOS (same old shit.) Three Guest Authors a half dozen Information Contributor do very well. The same can be done with the other blogs. All we have to do is furnish the information and the readers will be there. And the more different and unique it is, the better.

Those of you that have the information and/or photos to share can pick the blog of their choice and it will be posted. You do good for yourself, the reader/dancers, your friends, relatives, neighbors and for the Blog too. You may use a pen name if you wish. "Anonymous" or da kine, not good. You can check out Richie Fun in the Dancing Nights blog for a terrifically good example.
