Still Up For Grabs

I have been very busy with other things so that Moanalua Corridor remains a problem. The entire area messed up by the Rail Catastrophe looks bad. We have so many good people that are trying to make it a better situation. I certainly have no solution.

They will be content to point the way."

I am slowly recovering from my physical disabilities resulting from two falls. I am still using a walker. I am beginning to make use of a cane in short trips around the building where I live. And I go to the VA regularly. I have seen scary falls, and know of others where people were really hurt. If you have any doubt at all about your ability to do continuous turns, or to travel consistently around the line of dance, ask around, you may learn something.

I would like dancers to challenge themselves and to have the maximum amount of fun. But just as car drivers have to be aware of and able to react to everything happening on or near the road, dancers have to be aware of and able to react to everything happening on or near the dance floor. Fast dances of any kind can be dangerous.

Meanwhile, the information contributors are the most needed for these blogs. The rough skeletons are all ready there but can be fleshed out very nicely by those willing to share a little information and perhaps a photo or two of the gang. If they like it and find they have no real commitment, then at their choosing they can become Guest Authors and in effect have their own blog within the blog. I have too many blogs but they will be defined by the Two Centers and the Guest Authors. There will be many other very good points of view. We will try to avoid "rubber stamps."

in overalls and looks like work.”

Most of what we get from the outside is communication to our reader/dancers. Advertising is out, so what do we have? I choose to call it, communication. Posters and photographs lend additional color to our blogs and the entire enchilada will in time evolve into Social Media. Take your time.
