Ending April

Not bad but not good either. The Line Up is still erratic but it is settling down, somewhat. Town Dancer still ahead of the rest and they are all pretty close together. It is (surprise) Ritmo Mestizo in second place and Platinum Horseshoe in third. If my foot heals by next month I may go out a little.

"We should all know that dancers are like moons and they
have a dark side which they never show anybody."

The rest are really running so close together that they fluctuate in the order they will place easily. But for now it is Blogging Hawaii, leading the pack, then Extrava Danza, Dancing in the Dark - and Dancing Nights. The last one regaining a little because of Richie Fun Blogging of Divino Ritmo Studio. And they may regain more by tomorrow.

"At Last" by Glenn Miller - Ray Eberly on vocals.

We are waiting for the new Dance Club in the West, but so far nothing definite. And of course there will be a Night Club in Kapolei by the end of the year. Or the combination Dance Studio and Night Club. For sure something is needed in the music and dance departments. Second City! - don't let the Present Rail Party goof up the works.

"With A Song In My Heart" by Frank Sinatra

"I Believe" by Frankie Laine

So we must continue to find places on the Waianae Coast and the North Shore and perhaps we can do something to help spread the word. There are many possibilities, Social Dance Clubs, Night Clubs, Specialty dances such as Line dancing, Tango, Country, Swing and Bachata. It is all coming in spite of the Rail Catastrophe. As it should be, the people will make those decisions.

“We could understand that dancers need something to help them unwind at the end of the day and they might have a glass of wine,"
