Who pays?

So from what I hear, there will be no raising of the minimum wage in Hawaii. Gotta pay for Da Rail Disaster. The property owners had been chosen first but now they are going for the GET. That way the lower incomes will pay more.

And of course, most entertainment on Oahu pays rent so you can see why the prices on all bars, lounges, night clubs will have to be raised. Even schools are already raising their prices for the use of their cafeteria space.
