Don't Quit Now

From a Mainland Blog: Be the leader.

It is stressful to be the top people in our dance environment when we have to respond to a situation that is evolving and out of our wheelhouse. All we can do is continue to adjust our responses, communicate with clarity and compassion, and make the best possible choices. Our clients should remember our level of caring, our professionalism and our level head in the face of a crisis. It may be difficult now, but we can be making a lasting impression on the groups who believe in us. We have the opportunity to let our families see our professionalism and integrity as we respond to the crisis. Patience, be careful and we shall dance again,

"Social dancers believe that hope is like peace. It is not a gift from God.
It is a gift only we can give to one another. We shall dance again."

A Smile:

A smile costs nothing, but it gives much. It enriches those who receive,
without making poorer those who give it. Sometimes it lasts forever.
None is so rich or mighty that they can get along without it.
A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in business
and is a countersign of friendship throughout the world.

It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad
and it is nature's antidote for trouble. Yet it cannot be bought, borrowed
or stolen for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away
Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours,
as no one needs a smile so much as one who has none to give.

If you can stay six feet apart you can do line dancing?

“Hope can be a powerful force. Maybe there's no actual magic in it, but when
you know what you hope for most and hold it like a light within you,
you can make things happen, almost like magic.”
