Kapolei Chapter HBDA

Nice day in Nanakuli, as per usual and I did most of what I had to do. Got ready early and was at Nanakuli Beach bus stop at five.

"We shall know the truth, not only by the reason, but also by the heart."

Did not have long to wait and the first bus that came along was the C bus and inside it seemed to be a little better than usual - more comfortable. Got off at the last stop before it gets on the freeway in Kapolei and from there it was a nice bike ride to Kapolei Elementary.

The place was already with a big happy crowd of good people. Whatta bunch of nice people getting together to enjoy the fruits of their dance learning and socializing with their fellow dancers. Plenty of cameras, too bad we cannot get many for this blog to share with the reader/dancers. I do what I can but I am very limited.

Plenty of early birds coming in and looking like a beautiful group of dancers.

But of course there is dancing: Too bad that it is the last of it here. There will be other places. Most dance organizations are finding it difficult to have place to dance.

Pub's Side Note: Places now insist on waiting on you hand and foot, but they want to charge you an arm and leg. Yes, we know, everyone gotta pay for the Rail Disaster.

They have to lay down some leather and that's the name of our game.

They seem to be starting to eat earlier than usual, and it seems as though it is everywhere. OK by me. Thanksgiving by Pete and everything is just fine. I am just about ready to use my teeth to eat but I got hungry and had a bite before I left home. Next time. As per usual, they had some ono-licious grindz.

I loaned a camera to Roy and he did a good job getting some pictures so I got a good collage. Unfortunately he ran out of battery power and I didn't bring any extras. I finally got rid of the last of my cassette tapes and I even gave them three blank tapes. I hope they can use them.

A Horse goes into the bar in Kapolei and the bartender says,
"Hey buddy, Why the Long Face?"

So Rome was not built in a day but we are getting there better every day.

The good people have got to have their line dances and looking better all the time. I got rid of the last of my VHS tapes last week, but now I got the VHS machine that I had donated back. I will have to find someone that can use it. They can have it.

Wow, these people are getting good and enjoying it more. Seem like we are getting more
men in there. I have find out where I can learn it.

Got ready to leave and the men were swinging from the chandeliers and the ladies were dancing on the tables. Not really but they were having a ball. Left at the last minute and when I got to the Transit Center, I saw the rear end of an articulated bus which seemed to be a  C bus, about 9:20. It must have been the 9:00 bus but late. I got the last regular C bus at a little after 9:30 so I was all right. And it was comfortable. Wot happened?
