Nite Clubs

Social dancers that frequent night clubs know that some clubs are lucky enough to gain some high-profile customers. We should all, including management, respect and maintain their privacy. Management will not advertise the fact that they are attending the premises. If treated well, these people are likely to be very good and loyal customers. They are the ones who will tend to use any premium services offered by the house: VIP areas, table service, and so on. Annoy them and the club could be losing thousands a night. The income makes it easier for the regular customers.

"Great dancers are not great because of their technique.
They are great because of their passion." - Martha Graham

Social dancers also think that probably the hardest part of being a nightclub manager is keeping the club current and finding new ways to make it an attractive venue. When you get to know your manager, don’t be afraid to make small hints about your preferences. You may introduce new ideas and they may even listen to suggestions from their staff on what can be done to make people want to come to this nightclub over their competitors. Attention to detail is key so customers can help them find new ways to improve the club to give the customers the best night out possible and they could find themselves with a very profitable business.

Some music that is an oldie but goodie is something that may be old or dated, but is still considered a classic. Originally, the term oldie but goodie referred to popular music that was past its time on the top ten list but still fun to listen to. Today, the expression oldie but goodie may be used to describe something that is past the point of being new, but is still something to be enjoyed or cherished. It is applied to anything from music, novels or movies to people or ideas. On Oahu, there is an increase in appreciation of the oldies but goodies that are more likely to be played by live bands.

"Social dancers believe that if you change the way you look at things,
the things you look at may change."
