Blogging?

With no dancing to report, my five blogs are stabilizing themselves at not quite 20 average hits per day. With dancing they could go over 33 average hits per day which would be 1000 hits per month and quite respectable. So I have another problem, as the instigator of all this mess, I want to wean the best blog out. But how do I get the best blog? With a Guest Blogger, a person with dance ideas that is willing to share them with our fellow dancers.

“Social dancers believe that it's the possibility that keeps us going,
not the guarantee.”

I need your "pen name" and email address and the blog of your choice. I send the info to Blogger and they send the invitation to be a Guest Blogger. Password is between you and Blogger. You can then get in, on your own, post a paragraph or two, a graphic or whatever, save it, publish or even delete it. All without saying boo to anyone. In effect it is your own blog within the blog. I can coach you by email. We do not have a censor, so you can write whatever you damn well please. Your name will be on it and you are solely responsible for the content.

Those were the days, and they may return.

Guest Bloggers do not need a degree in Journalism. All you need is something to say and make it plain, simple and to the point. Social Media is something we are all in the process of learning. Web sites are good for their purpose but nothing beats a blog . When we gets more Guest Authors and around 66 average hits per day (2000 per month.) you will not need me any more, I can resign and it is all yours. And I can dedicate myself to the junk blogs. Please consider that blogs are "additional," not an "instead of" public relations.

we can still dare to hope"
