I am limited but making some connect with dancers in the Makaha/Waianae area. I use to live in Nanakuli and I did meet some people living on the Waianae Coast that were dancing in Downtown Honolulu. Naturally, it has always been done that way. And the traffic on Saturday Night is getting worse. So what you can do? You got something going, let me know and I will help wherever I can. There are hopes of a few more Business Parks on the Coast, many people will find it nice, "I coulda been home in 20 minutes." We can Live,Work and Play in our own kuliana.

American Waltz is recommended at 28 to 30 beats per minute and the DJ's on Oahu are very akamai. However, like everything else in social dancing, variations may be very easily accepted. 26 beats per minute? "I wouldn't want to dance it all the time so slowly, but this one was really great.
