Since we lost the best Blogger on the Island the hits have been going down while the newer blogs are increasing in average hits per day. But it has always been that way it takes a little time for the reader/dancers to realize that they will find a dance blog better to their liking. Meanwhile, I have been making some changes in design slowly and I am learning. I am still hoping for the Two Center and possibly a Guest Blogger. As long as I have this blog I may as well experiment. what do I know? But I could still teach those people some of what I learned so that when and if they go independent, they can make their own changes as they see fit.
There is so much to getting this blog sphere ready for independence. I would like Town Dancer to be first because they are still ahead in hits compared to my other blogs. Hopefully we will have no more than two blogs with the same Guest Author. I want to stress the independence of each blog which is no guarantee. They can do as they damn well please after their independence. We don't have room for everyone and our blog sphere has been developing for some time. It requires only one thing, the desire to help our fellow dancers.
Blogging is what we do best and we are not journalists. We don't have any registration fees, or annual or monthly meetings or dues. And everyone does pretty much as they damn well please. Those that are excluded will understand that it was their choice. It is pretty simple. And the total hits on our blog sphere keep going up and as our people have more access to the internet and get more knowledgeable on its use, they will tune in and tell their friends too. Town Dancer is no longer on the front burner of going independent
"Social dancers believe that their visions begin with their desires.
They fly life on free wings, dance and sing to its glory."
