The Dance Party

It is coming out quite clearly that the most important reader/dancers, at the moment, in our type of blogging on Oahu are the information and photo contributors at a dance party. These people help to solidify the blog with just a few words at the function. They can be very helpful in taking a few photos using my camera at the function. There are others that can email items of dance interest and additional photos the next day, that I can post. We get a wide range of views and opinions, And most of it is interesting, not only for the people that were there, but also for the people that were not there.

"The Exhibition Dancer creates a sculpture that is visible only for a moment.”

Then there is a different view from their part of the ballroom that is not the same as from my part of the ballroom. The differences on everything that is reported on dancing is what make a blog into Social Media. And we certainly are getting there. The increase in hits has slowed to a crawl. I already have seen the proof. SOS (same old shit) just provides the basic. The real Social Media is when we get different points of view. And opinions are just like noses, everyone has got one and they are all a little different.

Every time I get a couple of sentences from the outside or a paragraph, I can guarantee the hits. Reference material, I have plenty of - I have access to the best dictionaries in the entire world on my computer through the Internet and a Thesaurus equally accessible. How about quotes, perhaps 50000 of them available on the Internet, divided into perhaps 300 different categories., Jokes. the same, 100 thousand and also divided by categories. This is for most reference material. Photos, I have people that have offered my use of their photos in Flicker, about 10000 and/or Photobucket, another 10000 photos. That is all reference material.
