All in all, everyone had a super blast! The people danced like there was no tomorrow and with many different dance partners. As they used up their dime a dance tickets, they went back to purchase more.
Last but not least, I have to thank my "better" half, Leland Yagi, for his countless hours and nights of searching for "Big Band Dance Music", in order to provide the people with the experience of being in the 1920's, 1930's era. He did an excellent job as usual. By the way, our next dance is in May, when Leland will be providing you with music from "South of the Border!"
Thanks to Rodney and Carol Kohagura for their help in manning the check in table and taking control of the door prizes. Thanks to Ray Ballungay for his beautiful prayer blessing, and president Peter Sy, along with the officers and board of directors, for all the pre and post planning that went into creating this event. Special thanks go out to Linda Tranilla who went out to buy all the lovely orchid and rose centerpieces to adorn the tables.
Aloha Everyone!
Here is a little one pager collage that I put together of WBDC's 44th Anniversary Dance.

This collage was made from my IPhone, so it might not be that good but enjoy the pics!

With all of those special components combined together, the Wahiawa Ballroom Dance Club's 44th Anniversary Dance, along with the nicest people that you could ever have in one room, was a absolutely huge success!Maile Yagi
