“Social dancers believe that using their bodies to free their minds
is a blessing bestowed by movement to music.”
is a blessing bestowed by movement to music.”
All of this was show business and meant to be seen. By whom? By the "Viewers" of course. So they have established quite a little group which is entirely theirs as long as we all are aware of the differences. It is in a state of reorganization in this century and it is still held in respect by two of the oldest dance clubs on the Island. Wahiawa Ballroom Dance Club and Aiea Ballroom Dance Association. The anchor had been in Kapolei because they were going be second city but it now in Wahiawa and Aiea. I am working on getting as many as I can into our circle of recognition especially if they do not have a Web site.
We had a slide show at one time but dropped it and we hope to get some help and suggestions for starting another. Comments at the end of each blog are no longer desired. Most are anonymous and they want to sell something or whatever. I will continue to attempt to make contact with any other dance that can use the Public Relations in a blog. May be difficult for those that already have a Web site. We are also receptive to any night club dancing in this section, but most already have Web sites and are covered by other blogs, so no need us. Feedback we need.
"Social dancers know that not everything that counts can be counted,
and not everything that can be counted counts."
