Nite Clubbing

The Night Clubs on Oahu do very well and most of them have beautiful Web sites. But for some reason or another Blogs are not it. They do create their brand and identity. They have a regular and reliable crew of people who can help them run their events which is essential. They take the time to define what their night is before chasing an audience. They don't over-complicate the message and they know their audience. They find the right venue and build a reliable team of friends and customers. Hey, that's it?

"Social dancers may think less and feel more. They just let the music do the talking."

There are always several ways of differentiating the dance groups in Night Club. First is the under 30 crowd with a more athletic type dancing and they drink more. Then we have the more experienced dancers over 35 that dance to a more ordinary type partner dances, and a little line dance here and there. But they have the reputation of not being drunks. Much of this has been well known in this century. Some places on the mainland have Juice Bars and Snack Bars for additional income. Two different type nights and dances.

There are addition places where the drinking of Alcohol is not required. The best and most easily accessible is the school cafeterias,  With plenty of room to dance for over 100 dancers. Then we have District Parks and Community Centers that may have room for 200 dancers, This is not conclusive but we are getting there and other opinions will be most welcome. The days of the Big Bands and the Big Ballrooms were over in the last century. We can use a lot more input.
