So Far, So Good

Get out there and meet new people and have fun dancing. Social dancing offers numerous health benefits –including everything from improved self-esteem to weight loss and improved muscle tone and strength. It also offers tremendous social benefits, and can be a great mood booster. Social dancing is good for your mind, health, and social life! Lucky we live on Oahu and have many choices to meet good people.

"Supposing we have tried and failed. We may have a fresh start
any moment we choose, for this thing we call "failure"
is not the falling down, but the staying down."

Keep in touch means so much when you are far away from your relatives so it is nice to read even if they don't say much, I can believe there are no big tragedies in the background. Email should be one of our main ways to stay in touch with relatives because it’s easy and, in most cases, free. The first thing most people do when they wake up each day is reach for their mobile phone to check their email, and, at the end of the day, they give their inbox a glance before shutting down. There has to be an opportunity for you to catch their attention sometime between sunrise and sunset, no?

Receive an email from my niece Yvonne and she sent me a nice collage with her two granddaughters Madison and Maci - Poppy Explosion in Lake Elsinore. Very nice.

I just moved to Mililani and it seems like the Central Valley is starting to move. Wahiawa Ballroom Dance Club is leading the way. Dot's in Wahiawa is fine. I can now put my shoe on my swollen left foot and I can walk and take the bus to the shopping center instead of making a schedule for the following day with the Handi Van. They are super people and when I am invited, I use them to go and back for a social such as WBDC. Then I can take pictures, make a write up and blog'em. The hits are slowly going up so I will be patient.
